Dehua has been firing white porcelain for a thousand years, and most of it leaves through trading offices like ours. We sit between the workshops and your purchase order: we read the drawings, choose the kiln that can actually hold the spec, and answer for what ships.
Every range below is produced by workshops inside Dehua county. We do not mix in resale stock from other provinces.
The material Dehua is known for: thin-walled, translucent, fired unglazed or in a soft ivory glaze. Villages, trees, figurines and architectural miniatures.
Carved, textured and reactive-glazed vessels for shelf, table and garden. Matte and gloss finishes, hand-thrown or press-cast depending on the shape.
Candy boxes, cake boxes, bowls and plates. Decorated by decal, hand-painting or glaze dipping — the method decides your unit cost, so we quote both.
Halloween, Christmas and autumn programmes. Seasonal work is where tooling cost hurts most, so we tell you up front which designs can reuse an existing mould.
We match each design to a single workshop and keep it there. Splitting a programme across kilns is how colour drifts between shipments.
Glaze, wall thickness, packing and carton drop-test are agreed in writing before we quote. A cheap quote against an open spec is not a quote.
If a shape cannot be cast at your target price, or a glaze will not survive the firing, we tell you at sampling — not after the container loads.
Send a drawing, a reference photo or a physical sample. Category and target price are enough to start.
We shortlist two or three workshops that already run this material, and confirm tooling status.
A pre-production sample is made against the agreed spec, photographed, and sent for approval.
Bulk runs after sample sign-off, with inspection before packing and loading.
A category, a reference photo, or a full development brief is enough to start. We reply within one working day, usually with a question before a price.
