We are a trading company, not a factory, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we control is which workshop a design goes to, what the spec says, and what happens when the two disagree. Everything below is about that.
Dehua county runs on small workshops. Size is not the signal — what material the kiln fires every week is.
A kiln that fires white porcelain daily will hold your wall thickness. A kiln that mostly runs stoneware will not, however good the sample looks.
We confirm the firing queue before committing a delivery date. Small workshops have one kiln; a booked kiln means a late order.
Every programme has a second workshop that has already quoted it, so a failure at one kiln does not restart the whole development.
Most categories have shapes already tooled in the workshops. Reusing a mould removes tooling cost and shortens lead time, at the price of less shape freedom.
Mould cost is quoted separately and stated as a one-off. We tell you whether the mould stays with the workshop or is yours, in writing, before it is cut.
Decal gives repeatable multi-colour artwork; hand-paint gives variation that reads as craft; glaze dipping is the cheapest surface and the hardest to keep consistent.
Ceramics break. The only honest measure of packing is what arrives intact.
Pre-production sample signed off first; then an in-line check and a final inspection before packing. Breakage and glaze defects are counted against an agreed AQL.
Inner box, divider and outer carton are specified per item. Drop test on request. Mixed cartons and mixed containers are both possible.
FOB and EXW are our default. Payment and lead time are stated per order once the item list and packing are fixed — not quoted as a blanket number.
Category, target price, finish. A photo is enough to start the conversation.
We come back on what is possible in that material at that price, before any tooling.
Sample against a written spec, photographed from four angles, sent for approval.
Production, inspection, packing, documents. FOB or EXW.
If a design has already failed somewhere else, that is usually the most useful thing you can send us. Tell us what went wrong and we will tell you whether it is the mould, the kiln, or the packing.
